When did BestOrganic start its operations?

BestOrganic Corporation started its operation on October 1, 2019.

How can I avail your products?

You can order thru our website: https://bestorganic.ph or you can ask our certified distributors nationwide. We also have Facebook pages where you can be assisted by our live agents. You may go to facebook pages: BestOrganic and BestOrganic-Manila/Luzon.

What are the benefits of signing up as a member to BestOrganic?

There are bundle advantages for being a member of our shared-project marketing. To learn more please click this link: (link will be our video presentation for our income and profit sharing)

Do you have age requirements for signing up?

Yes, we do. For the time being we are only accepting members 18 y/o and above for compliance with BIR and other government mandated policies.

How many accounts can I register under my name?

A maximum of 7 accounts will be allowed per individual. This is to avoid any form of misapplication of our purpose, which is to help our fellow Filipinos.

Will there be a limit on the number of people I invite with your shared project marketing?

There will be no limit. You can share the good news to as many people as you can. The more you invite the wealthier and healthier your team gets.

How long can I get my shared benefits like commissions, incentives and/or bonuses?

We have a weekly payout/settlement for all your incomes from the previous week. Our cut off is every Friday at Midnight (12AM) for all settlements/payouts the following Wednesday.

How can I get my accumulated income?

We encourage every member to register a savings account in Unionbank app. Our payouts/settlements will only be credited using Unionbank of the Philippines, BOCO wallet or in rare cases upon approval of top management we can use e-wallets or money transfer agents.

How can I pay if I don't have a bank account?

Great news ka-BOCO! We are now accepting payments from e-wallets like GCash, PayMaya and GrabPay. You can also pay using your debit, credit or prepaid cards. Over the counter payments are also accepted. All of which are subject to convenience fees charged by the payment gateway or method.

How much is your delivery fee?

A minimum rate of Php 100 will be charge upon ordering our packages. It will adjust depending on the quantity you ordered and the delivery location. A single order which will be delivered within Metro Manila and Davao City will be charged with only P100.

How long can I expect my order?

We are in partnership with top couriers in the country. You can expect the delivery within 2-10 calendar days depending on your location.

I forgot my password and cannot login, what should I do?

You can use the Forgot Password link and update to a new password or you can call/chat our support team to assist you.

How long can I get my refund?

You can only request for refund upon successful return of the items you have ordered in a good condition. Refund process varies from your payment method. Our timeframe is from 5 to 20 business days.

Can I exchange my order rather than returning it? If yes, how long will it be process?

Unfortunately, we do not gave that policy for the moment. We suggest for you to process return and refund.

Do you accept COD payment?

We do not process COD as of this time. We are still coordinating with partner couriers for this concern.
